I already wrote to you formally requesting a resolution regarding a Red Key M1 electric mop that I purchased from Amazon.com. Unfortunately, the product has become defective within the two-year warranty period, which is guaranteed under EU consumer protection laws.
Please find attached a video demonstrating the issue, along with the original invoice from Amazon. I am still trusting that your commitment to excellent customer service will ensure a prompt and satisfactory resolution.

After several years of use we still love our Redkey Power Spin Mop. Our house has a lot of tile floor, and this tool makes it easy to get and keep it clean. The spinning cleaning heads gently pick up dried food spills or tracked in mud, and the self-cleaning mop base keeps our hands out of the mess. A full charge lasts for several cleaning sessions, and recharging is quick. This is a well-designed and well-made product, and we love it.
